Jeff is a Charleston native and graduate of West Ashley High School. He continued his education at Elon University in North Carolina where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2007. After college Jeff moved to Austin, Texas where he was inspired to become a personal trainer. He would hone his craft for three years before opening a group fitness facility. Ninety hour work weeks taught Jeff about hard work and accountability, while a bad business relationship taught him equally important lessons about how not to conduct business. Jeff learned the hard way that integrity and transparency are keys to being a trustworthy professional, and he brought these lessons back home to Charleston in 2013 where he started doing home renovation work. After meeting his beautiful wife Sarah, a real estate agent, she quickly convinced him that inspections might be a better fit for his skills. Jeff spent 4 years building a loyal base of agents before Radiant Home Inspections was ready to grow from a one man show to a multi-inspector company. In 2018 fatherhood also proved to be a good fit for Jeff, and he takes great pride in his very favorite job — being Wesley’s daddy. 2020 marks a year of change in many ways, and Radiant Home Inspections plans to make system upgrades and add professional services and as well as bringing on a fresh new face.
Integrity and transparency are the key to being a trustworthy professional.
Ed grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia in a home that was built in 1926 by his great grandfather. He has always had his hand in real estate, working for a construction company during the summers throughout college. He graduated from Monmouth University in 2006, and moved to the DC area in 2008 where he began a career in luxury residential property management. The property management industry was an excellent training ground for all aspects of business including finance, marketing, operations, sales, reporting, management and customer service. During his almost 12 year career in property management Ed met his wife, and they chose the less hectic lifestyle of Charleston in 2015. In 2018 they welcomed their daughter and the demands of the corporate world became less appealing to Ed, so in 2020 he joined Radiant Home Inspections and finally feels that he can put all of his best skills to use! Clients appreciate Ed’s professionalism, problem solving skills, and eye for detail.
